About the Market

Don't have time to sit down in our dining room? Want to enjoy all the beauty and space Bowness Park has to offer? Our Fresh Market has just what you're looking for: fresh, healthy alternatives to park concession food and drinks.

Enjoy a specialty coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or freshly squeezed juice while you stroll along the paths of Bowness Park, or come for an afternoon skate in the winter. Seasons Fresh Market proudly brews locally owned and roasted coffee.

Indulge in some of our home-made baked goods for that mid-morning snack.

Spend the day in the park with loved ones and let us pack a picnic for you to enjoy, complete with blanket and frisbee.

Heading out for a raft down the river? We've perfected a box lunch guaranteed to keep you satisfied for the whole journey.

Everything starts from dreams

Market Specialties

We pride ourselves on fresh, in-house made items prepared with you in mind. Our dips and salsa are the perfect snack while visiting the park, or a great idea for home entertaining. Be sure to grab some chips for dipping.

Let the kids play a little longer at the playground and kick-start your dinner preparation with a litre of our house-made soup, or a take-home box of our freshly baked pastries for dessert.

Our market retail section displays many of the same ingredients you'll find in the restaurant. Our Parthena olive oil is exceptional quality, and it's a must-have accent to any salad or pasta. Everything on our Market Retail shelves you'll also find on our menus, it's just that good, so we sell it too.

We also offer a full variety of specialty drinks, including coffee, loose leaf tea, apple cider, smoothies, and Italian sodas.
